Notification for System Upgrade and Delayed Service

Since our customer service system is getting old and slow, Xell Telecom planned the system upgrade on 1 Aug. The upgrade is a process that last until 7 August 2014. There is no obstruct on receiving orders and email inquiry from customers. However, the response of email and order will only be done within 72 hours. Sorry for the trouble within the period. We still working hard on making the service as smooth as we can!! Thanks for your continual support
